Denis is looking for: An Apartment in Hilversum

My name is Denis Zholobov. My wife Olga, our 14-year-old daughter Aleksandra and I recently relocated from Serbia to Amsterdam as part of my transfer within Nebius. We are looking for a family home where we can settle for at least a year.

I work full-time as a Product Manager at Nebius B.V., with a gross monthly income of €9,000 (€108,000 per year) + bonuses. We are ready to move in immediately and can pay the deposit upfront.

Olga is a freelance art photographer who exhibits internationally. Aleksandra plans to attend an international school. As a family, we enjoy hiking, traveling, art, and cooking.

We are non-smokers and keep our home clean and tidy. We are considerate of our neighbours and take good care of the property we live in.

We have two indoor cats, both neutered and vaccinated. We will arrange professional cleaning when we move out.

We have BSNs and can provide identification, my employment contract, and a reference from our previous landlord on request. We would be happy to introduce ourselves at a viewing, either in person or by video call.

Kind regards,
Denis Zholobov
